One of the biggest spenders of this season’s transfer window, Man City have completely overhauled their squad. They completely changes their Full Back positions by selling the aging stars and buying in 3 full backs, young, versatile and most importantly for a hefty amount. To be precise €138 millions spent on just the full backs. Pep Guardiola has clearly stated that he wants to win the PL and have a great run in the UCL, and he has shown that intent in the transfers that Man City have made.

Well, the Blue Moon rises next year is a debatable topic but City have definitely assembled a great squad. Throwing out all the deadwood and bringing in young talent as replacement is a tremendous job. Hence, Manchester City are the WINNERS of the Summer Transfer Window 2017/18.
