Everton have sacked their manger after a 5-2 home defeat by Arsenal on Sunday which has left them 18th in the Premier League table.
The club released a statement paying their gratitude to the Dutchman as follows, “[Club] would like to express their gratitude to Ronald for the service he has given to the club over the past 16 months.”
Everton are now in the relegation zone and it looks like the club has taken Koeman’s statement for granted.
“I still believe i can change the whole situation,” he stated on Sunday.
The sacking of the Everton manger makes him the 3rd Premier League casualty of the managerial crisis after Frank de Boer of Crystal Palace and Craig Shakespeare of Leicester.
There’s no denying the fact that the Everton manger has paid the price for a poor start to this season despite having spent 140 million pounds this summer.
