Sergio Aguero- Manchester City’s leading goal scorer and often referred as one of the best strikers of Premier League era has expressed his future concerns under Pep Guardiola.
Although, Aguero is happy with City’s current run but he thinks that he is not being properly used by Guardiola, who constantly demand changes in his game and also the signing of Gabriel Jesus has thrown his future into doubts. Jesus has been in an incredible form this season, having already scored 8 goals in the league.
Sources close to Guardiola says that he has no issues with Aguero and with Aguero and Jesus both playing extremely well, is one of the main reasons why City will not try to sign Alexis Sanchez in January.
However, Aguero is sure that he is being cornered and is even frustrated with lack of confidence being shown on him in big games. The Argentine was left on bench against Manchester United. He also showed his disappointment at being snubbed after 55 minutes of City’s 4-1 win against Tottenham.
Aguero is fit and available for Manchester City’s clash with Bournemouth but there is no guarantee that he will start ahead of Jesus.
Manchester City will host Bournemouth on 23rd December at 15:00 GMT.
