First Barkley, now this midfielder to join Chelsea?

Recent developments suggest that Riyad Mahrez, the Algerian Striker is ready to leave Leicester in favour of a move to the London club. It was understood that the wantaway midfielder was close to Roma move during summers but decided to try his luck within the Premiership. With clubs like Liverpool and Chelsea interested, The £ 32m rated midfielder looks set to join either clubs with no UCL exclusion, it could be a serious consideration for both the clubs who plan to go deep into the tournament.


The French-born midfielder who set the Premier League alight just 2 years ago with 17 goals and 11 assists has struggled ever since. With 7 goals and 7 assists this season, it looks like the Mahrez’s days with Leicester might be numbered. With the club, who were reluctant to see him leave also ready to cut their losses, according to The Sun.
