Juventus midfielder Blaise Matuidi has suffered a mild thigh injury and the French International is out for 30 days.
Blaise Matuidi is all set to miss the clash against Tottenham Hotspurs due to thigh injury confirmed by the club.
After a 7-0 demolition of Sassuolo on Sunday, Juve coach Massimiliano Allegri indicated he expected Matuidi to miss his side’s Champions League tie with Tottenham.
Juventus will host Spurs for the first leg of the round of 16 tier of Champions League on 13th February and will be travelling to Wembley for the return leg on 7th March.
“The Bianconeri midfielder has already started therapy and further tests will be necessary to better ascertain the extent of his injury.” added the club.
